About this community centre

Do you live in the Water District or the Landerijen? Then you have a nice place around the corner: De Waterbever. A cosy meeting place where you are always welcome. Feel free to drop in for a chat, a cup of coffee or tea, or just to see what's going on.

Upon entering, you are warmly welcomed by our team of administrators. They are always ready for a friendly word, a listening ear and happy to help you on your way if you have questions or want to share ideas.

Neighbourhood room

The community room is also a nice place to meet others, do something together or just be for a while. There are activities you can take part in, but many people also bring their own things. A puzzle, a puzzle book or a piece of knitting, for example. And did you know you can also have lunch here for a small amount? Cosy and affordable.

The Beaver

The community centre is also home to The Beaver. At this community centre, there is plenty to do. Think bridge lessons, billiards, card clubs, hobby groups and much more. Whether you want to actively participate or prefer to quietly read a newspaper at the bar, it's all possible. Drinks are kindly priced and the atmosphere is relaxed.
